Story & Quests
- Began development of the main story quests, including cinematic sequences designed to enhance immersion and deliver key narrative elements
Slime Enemies
- Introduced a new enemy type: Slimes, featuring eight distinct variants, each with new abilities
- Added a new Slime boss encounter
- Completed balance adjustments for the new Slime enemies, calibrated for players between levels 10 and 15
Balance & Progression
- Rebalanced the Plant region enemies, fine-tuning health, damage, and behavior for players between levels 0 and 10
- Adjusted drop tables and drop rates for both Plant and Slime enemies to maintain balanced item progression
Items & Equipment
- Created a new Starter Armor Set with a fully custom model, obtainable through completion of the main storyline quests
- Added new NPC animations, including combat-related movements, fighting stances, and everyday idle gestures to enrich world atmosphere
Item Scanner Integration
- Rendered and captured in-game item models for integration into the official website: scan.minex.gg
- Updated item modifier colors so they now appear correctly within the Item Scanner interface
World Building
- Fully completed two playable zones on the world map: the Plant Grinding Area and the Slime Grinding Area (official names withheld to avoid lore spoilers)
- Implemented spawn points for all Plant-type enemies in the open world, enabling natural enemy spawning and allowing players to create their own grinding routes
Next Steps
- Continue developing and scripting the main story questline and related cinematic sequences
- Introduce spawn points and AI pathing for the new Slime mobs across their designated zones
- Begin alpha testing of early-game progression (levels 0–15), focusing on quest pacing, drop balance, and regional difficulty
